Marine Executive Association (MEA) Networking Core Values

Marine Executive Association (MEA) – "Networking Core Values"

For over 43 years, MEA has confidently faced challenges and seized opportunities, guided by our core values and our members' commitment to providing value. As we move forward from the effects of COVID-19, we recognize that we are in a unique position to innovate and thrive. We have strategically shifted our potential gathering sites, adopted advanced remote technology, and launched transformative initiatives through networking. The lessons we've learned have strengthened our foundation as we look ahead to 2025.

While we have encountered obstacles, the path forward is filled with promise. As we continue to excel in "Connecting Marine's Talent with Job Opportunities," we will adapt, think strategically, and relentlessly pursue growth through membership.

As we look to the future, we have established a new board that is committed to our approach, tackling each quarter with purpose. This dynamic board is prepared to navigate both immediate changes and long-term trends with agility and intention. With this proactive mindset, MEA leadership is excellently positioned to seize emerging opportunities while addressing any challenges that arise, all united under our guiding principle of "Marines helping Marines."
